How does Hi5 Wrist Ball works?
It helps to realize the strength training by rotating the wrist ball, competing with the gravity
and centrifugal force. The acupoints of the arm will be stimulated so that
the strength of the fingers, wrist, and forearm that all can be trained.

Push the ball core along the arrow till the end (until you cannot push it any more).
Loosen the ball core and then start rotating the ball.
